  • Utterly incompetent admin staff. Was charged, in error, over $100 towards a deductible. Then told I would have to wait weeks for the billing to go through before they could correct the mistake they made. They have been difficult to work with for a long time, this was the last straw for us. If you call they say you might have longer wait times due to a "major upgrade" to the phone system.......it has said that for nearly 2 years. If they can't manage a phone system, what of my children's health? Having to go to another dr to get my kids updated shots as they "never received" the records from their other Dr. Each time I called the other clinic they verified the correct number and records being sent. The other office didn't have any issue getting records. Really too bad because they liked the dr. Just an incredibly poor operation from a business standpoint. Unfortunately their business is my children's health. DONE!
