I tried to return a bottle of wine here -- let me just say I buy all my wine and groceries here and have never had a problem, but every once in a while you just get a bad bottle of wine. This was my favorite red, it had simply turned. The first thing customer service asked was "Did you open it?" "Well, yeah.... if I hadn't opened it, I wouldn't know it had turned." I said. I just wanted to replace it with the same exact bottle and I told her that. She didn't even ask for the receipt, if she had, she would've seen I had only purchased it a few days prior. She was adamant that they could do "absolutely nothing". So I'm out 10 bucks. I had shopping to do, and I tell you, I was seething the whole time. Here it is days later and I'm still upset. I've been a faithful Fry's customer since the early 80's and I'm seriously thinking of changing that.
