  • Was disappointed on my recent visit here. I ordered their Shack burger well done which comes with (cheddar cheese, tomatoe, lettuce and option of pickles or onion). The pattie was not warm at all and the overall taste of the meat was dull. I paid almost $20 for 2 burgers (Shack burger and another which comes with bacon) 1 crinkle fries, & a drink. For that price or maybe even less I can go down to Smash Burger to get a better tasting meal.
