  • NEVER AGAIN! My wife gave me a night in an executive suite as a birthday gift. Being a local, we have the choice of all of Vegas. She chose Aliante because it is my favorate Sportsbook. The atmosphere and furnishings were great, it's the staff that dropped the ball. We stayed Sunday night before Christmas, dead season. Check in at 3:00, told possably early entry, room still not ready after 3:30, manager upgraded us. When a room is totally electronic...make sure the electronics work! If you are going to have a temperature control on the shower...make sure it works! A room that costs $450 per night shouldn't have a bathroom sink that drains slow, tv remote that doesn't work, and wifi that sucks! If breakfast room service costs $40 plus delivery charge and 20% gratuity, make sure the food is warm, the tea isn't cheap crap from WalMart, and you bring sweetener. Next time we are going to Red Rock.
