  • I have used this company for 12 cleans, once every three weeks and although I find the administrators to be very pleasant and the organization to be run efficiently, the issues I had were never knowing when the crew would arrive. I found it difficult to spend a day at home waiting for them and then I had asked several times for some consistency in the crews arriving and was told that was not possible. I dealt with it figuring these folks had a system and I would trust it. But, it just didn't work for me. I had issues with the cleaning as well. Apparently dishes will not be done and the sink won't be cleaned if there are more than a few dishes in it. Dishes in other rooms won't be brought to the kitchen and if there are items on the counter, they won't be moved, only cleaned around. The kitchen window won't be cleaned and neither will dusting the top of entertainment centers. The schedule has baseboard washing's but it was never done and the floor is not mopped, its "Swiffered" and barely that. (we were told the cleaner was a antibacterial since we have dogs but I never saw that. My steam cleaner did a better job.) Typically I would use my steam cleaner on my tile floor and the pads were always black after they left. The vacuuming was only the center of rooms and nothing will be moved. I complained about this a few times and it was explained why but after I picked up 13 dead flies on the side of my couch, well, I had enough of paying for services that I ended up finishing after the crew left. I really like the folks that run this but not their system and not their lack of management of the cleaning crews. Also, I, like many people, need to know WHEN to expect the crew. I just don't have all day to wait. I thank these folks for 12 weeks and wish them well.
