  • Rick Johnson is the best in the Service Dept! We have worked with him for about 10 years now and have had 5 cars service thru him (2 and now 3 Lexus). Rick is great at communicating (texting & calling), tries to give the coupon rate when possible, always puts himself in the customer's shoes and goes the extra mile. [I'd tried a couple other guys there one still there, the other is gone, and Rick is awesome!] Car problems are never fun, but at least I feel like I have someone on my side when servicing my cars. THX, RICK! :)
