  • Dr. Redtfeldt is amazing and I appreciated the time and patience she had with my kids. She addressed my questions and insured everything was handled. Her MA is phenomenal and even went out of her way to garuntee us a surgery date that worked with our chaotic life. The largest opportunity is with the front desk staff / phone staff. I called and was immediately put on hold with no answer. I get the impression that these people don't enjoy interacting with patients/customers. Don't appear warm or friendly. I love the medical team and I feel that the clinical care is excellent.
