| - Based on the response from IMT Deer Valley management :
Respected Madam, Thank you for taking time to respond to my review. Let me reiterate few items. TMA was charging lease transfer only if transfer is within the lease term after expiry of lease they didn't charge and that was the main reason for me to avoid shifting till end of lease and unfortunately, IMT DeerValley took over and rules changed. I would have changed within the lease period itself if i had been told that i will have to pay transfer fee after expiry of lease. Reason i had to leave was that i was not provided any suitable alternative and was not given proper information as i was told that rules are being framed and i was given sometimes $550 and $750 if it's within lease. I had consulted representative twice to check for suitable option as i didn't want to move out of deer valley due to prior good experience. Even i wanted to take an apartment which was near leasing office and was ready to pay the lease transfer fee as well but at that time i was told that since i am in last month of lease, i can't transfer and if i have to then i will have to pay month to month fees on one of the apartment and total amount will be close to 1500$ which obviously i didn't want to pay for no reason.
Regarding the paint charges, i will request you to check the paint pictures which i had reviewed with one of the representative when i came to give final settlement money order and he also said that it doesn't look bad and i should not have been charged. If you see the pictures, i had tried to paint myself and since i was not given paint color, it was little bit different. Had i been given paint color i would have painted it with that color and avoided a charge of $150. Paint had costed me $4. So, If IMT representative don't give paint that i need to purchase, there is no way i can find the exact match though i had tried my best to get the best match by doing some manual comparison with the color sheets brought from different stores. If i can do paint using one color, i would have painted with different color so clearly IMT deer valley staff didn't give me paint color and i am being charged for not sharing the paint color from staff.
I appreciate your response but i visited office twice after paying my final settlement amount and conveyed concerns that i feel that it's an injustice to charge for paint when paint# is not given. and i was told that they will get back to me but so far no response from them. I can't come again and again when IMT representatives don't want to hear to my concerns and always give me a reason "manager is not here, we will discuss with her and give a call" , and call never comes.
I wanted to convey my concern about injustice and in fact, i was told by representative to write a review if i wish.
I still feel it's an injustice by charging $150.
