  • Checked in and the photos attached is the unclean room they gave me Asked for a clean room. Got a room with carpeting that was heavily soiled. Housekeeping didn't change the sheets (crumbs and hair in the sheets). Slept in my clothes on the sofa. Decided against using the shower in the morning. Infested with roaches Complained to management. You know it's bad when they won't even offer a percentage discount even though the room should've been comped DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION I've stayed at the better locations. THIS ONE IS FILTHY. MANAGEMENT NOR THE HOME OFFICE CARES But they are sure to call and knock early to make sure you check out.
