  • I've never had great service in Walmart nor do I expect it. I went to this walmart today and was pleasantly surprised. I went there to order pictures, although the photo center was going to close in about 20 minutes I just figured that I would come back tomorrow since I pass there on my way home from work. My boyfriend and I shopped a bit and came back to that general area to look at the movies when a walmart employee approached us and asked if we had just ordered pictures. And even though it was closed and past her time to go home, she still made sure we got our pictures. Later on in the night I noticed that I had been charged wrong for something, no ones fault just a glitch in the system and on the way out of the store a lady asked if everything was okay. When I told her what I had noticed she immediately Got a person working in customer service for me and the problem was solved within minutes. Not only that, this was at about 10pm. I was pleasantly surprised and will continue to go to this walmart over the other local ones.
