Check in : Initial impressions.
Extremely slow moving. In line
Waiting waiting waiting.....
So far I find the staff at other upscale properties we have stayed at have been much more friendly initially and make you feel more welcome.
Finally got to check in!!! Curtious!
Helpful hint: The cosmo only counts playing time on slot machines. I was told we must ask the pit boss if you want table time to count as play. I will definitely update how that actually turns out.
Update: in 5 days husband spent about 8 hours a day minimum at tables. Pitboss counted play time. No comps whatsoever.
Typically, we play with MLife and reap great comps as my husband likes to spend ALOT of time at the tables.
Here at the Cosmopolitan ,it is the ONLY Hotel on the strip that has the "Identity" play program. Therefore, very limited on charging to your room.
We will be here 5 days this trip. I will update the gaming perks if any or if we decided to go play with MLife or Total Rewards.
We will defdefinitely play some slots as we do enjoy slots on the small scale comparably.
Hotel had a very sexual undertone, so i can't say it's the best for kids.
Also, draws the party crowd definitely. Its "traffic" is very busy.
I enjoyed the balcony fountain view room and the large bath overlooking the view.
The beds seemed a bit hard initially, however, they were comfortable and we slept well. The walls were thick enough i didn't hear the neighbors.
The Hotel felt secure for the most part.
Spa was excellent! One of the friendliest I've been to in Las Vegas.
Staff: a mix of friendly and accommodating and some you just seemed to be bothering them.
This has not been my experience in other Las Vegas hotels I've stayed at.
All and all I probably would not stay here again.
