| - TERRIBLE! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BABIES. NO MATTER THE DEAL, ITS NOT WORTH IT.
I would give it MAYBE 1/2 a star. I have two puppies, a two pound Yorkie and a three pound Malshi. How can you screw up two small babies. The first time I brought the puppies in it was for a wash only, and it was fine. The second, I wanted one wash and the other groomed and washed. Both puppies came back with short hair, my Malshi looked terrible. I specifically told them "DO NOT CUT THE HAIR." I chalked it up to a mistake and didn't say anything. More recently I took both puppies in for a bath, my Malshi has some feces on his tail, kind of knotted in there. When I got home from picking them up...the poop was STILL in there! I called to complain and they said, "oh the puppies pooped in their crate, must have been from that." NO - I brought him in for a bath specifically cause he already had it on his tail. Took me over a day to get a hold of someone (me calling them, no one returned my messages) who said the next time both puppies would receive a complimentary bath. So today, I pick the puppies up ......and the wrong one got a haircut again, and the right one didn't even get one! What the heck?? I called and spoke directly with the owner. She apologized and said, " oh well, I thought he looked cute." And she said she has it wrong in the system. Well when the dogs are dropped off, specifics are given, maybe hire someone that listens. My dog looks ridiculous. I bought this puppy specifically for his fluffy fur. The last time it took over three months to grow back. I'm so upset and all I got was an apology that I knew she didn't want to give, cause apparently she thought the haircut looked good on my puppy. I'm the owner....and I know what I want! She didn't even offer to cut the hair of the puppy that I brought it to have the trim done too. NEVER EVER AGAIN and I am a good loyal customer who washes my pups once to twice a month! I hope you heed my advice, I wish I would have read these other YELP reviews before I wasted my time and money.
This is my response to the owners message below:
"My assistant drops them off more times than I do! She knows how I want the pups to look!! It's been done right once before! Didn't know the owner had to walk them in for you guys to get something right. And my puppy looks like a cancer patient! Literally a buzz cut! Even if I wanted my puppies hair cut, you should never cut a fluffy curly haired puppy this way, its awful. It will take months to grow back! And you didn't even offer to cut the correct puppy's hair! So now I have to go somewhere else, pay again, to make sure he's properly groomed. I would not recommend this place and your lack of taking responsibility is the only reason I'm not going back. OWN UP to it. My assistant, speaks english, pretty bright woman and she said the person at the front desk was holding her crying baby while she was trying to talk to her. So own up, you guys screwed up. I NEVER get that dogs hair cut, and I think my assistant is aware of this. " I personally don't care if she thinks my dog looks good, it's my DOG!! I want to be happy and unfortunately I was not. Sorry...still super upset.
