rev:text	Came into the shop around 2pm, they were able to fit me in (with a reasonable wait) with no problem. I requested a 4-wheel alignment for my AWD Toyota SUV...Scott asked me what my symptoms were, and I mentioned wear on the outer side of my front tires. They looked at my vehicle, and Scott told me that I only needed a 2-wheel thrust alignment, not 4, as my back axle looked fine. They did the work in about 20 minutes...I was told I had a 6-month warranty, and was encouraged to come back before that time to have it rechecked and realigned if needed. All for 49 bucks. While I was waiting, I also directly witnessed Scott working with an older gentlemen, and he told him that after looking at his car that he didn't need an alignment at all, but that his tire wear was more likely due to an inflation issue...and he told the customer there was no charge whatsoever, not even a diagnostic fee. I was very impressed overall, and I'll definitely be back when I need more work done.
