  • Long story short. Brought my Volvo S60 in for back brake pads and possible rotor work. Guy tells me he can do it. Says give him 3 hours. 3 turns to 4 which turns to 5+ hours. Tells me he can't do the work because their system is unable to disengage my electronic parking brake system. The fact the instrumentation could not work with the car may have some validity outside their control or lack of education on how to effectively work with this vehicle. I don't like that this had to take 5+ hours to conclude and unless I bugged them for an update they did not really offer one up to me. Disappointed. Wasted an entire weekend day hanging around twiddling thumbs. Would not recommend this center
