I have been there twice to look at a Chrysler Pacifica. The first time I sat in the showroom for 20 minutes on a bench near the sales office before someone acknowledged me. All I wanted to do was sit the van to see if I fit comfortably. Sales person very nice and didn't push anything.
Second time I came with the Mrs on a Friday. Got waited on quicker but while waiting outside for the guy to get the vehicle (and he had to come back as the keys were mis-marked) I watched Alvin Hayes the GM in the commercials trying to ride a motorcycle with about 8 sales people helping him. After several tries they all figured out you have to raise the kickstand before the bike will stay in gear.
It was amusing to watch but it lead to my perception that this just does not seem to be a well run dealership and plan to go somewhere else. Did test drive the van - sale person was nice but I just don't get a comfort level there...
Won't go back...
