  • This place is highly unprofessional i booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I asked for colored hair and install. They advised me i needed to bring the hair in at least 2 days prior in which i did. The day of she texts me and tells me that she ran out of the booster that i needed to get my hair the colored. I wasnt trippin i said thats fine because i can always get it colored later. Even though i really wanted it done and she should've had it completed prior to the day of. What's the point in me bringing it in early if you're not going to touch it til the day of? Don't play yourself. So my appointment was at 5 i get there at 510 which i text her prior ans let her know there was major traffic its Arizona so obviously during rush hour there was at least 3 accidents on the freeway. When i get there no one speaks or greets me nothing i was sitting there about 39 min finally i see Rissa and some lady asks who am i here to see i say her Rissa. She says ok Rissa hears me looks at me and says ill be with u in a moment. She sits down and starts eating and talking to her friends im like wtf am i confused on what an appointment is? Mind you i have a flight to catch at 1139pm because its Friday and im going out of town. So then finally at about 7pm her braider braids my hair im thinking im next in her chair nope i gotta wait she had 5 other clients booked at 5 also. That is just ridiculous to me and highly inconvenient to your PAYING customers. She didnt not get finished with my hair until 10:45pm after talking about everybody that came in and out the shop even clients. So clearly i missed my flight and and to book it for the morning after i wasn't expecting to be in the shop no later than 8pm. Then after about 4 days in my head my install comes loose and 2 of my tracks come undone. I called to tell her and she says that i can walk in whenever and get it fixed. I told her i can be there 1st thing Saturday morning she said ok. I get there saturday at 9am. She is no where to be seen then the young lady with braids told me that rissa wont be coming in today and that she could fix it for me and she did and she did a great job and offered to be my stylist and i was very tempted because she seemed more professional but i just couldn't deal with the bad energy of that shop. How they keep the lights on with how they treat people I have no clue.
