  • Petrifying service. I'd prefer a self-serve checkout. There's one lady who looks me in the eyes and greets me. Rabba is more expensive than other convenience/grocery stores and customers are treated as an inconvenience. I'm not looking to make small talk, but the least you could do is say hello, look me in the eyes, and wait until I leave before you start talking to the other cashier as if I'm invisible.
