  • This maid service is UREMAIDS & it's terrible!!!! I had my house cleaned by two ladies. I was charged for 2.5 hours for 110 ( based on square footage). I was told during that time they would first hit the floors and kitchen and bathrooms and then go back with the extra time they had to do windows and binds and fans and refrigerator, etc. I am very displeased with the service. They were supposed to arrive at 8am and stay 2.5 hours- based on the service I paid for. They didn't arrive until almost 830 am and left at 10 am. This is not 2.5 hours of service! Nor did they do a good job! They left early and didn't do any of the extra stuff!! They asked "is that good?" With broken English as they're scurrying out the door! I'm thinking, NO! It's not good! Leaving an hour early is not what I paid for! I was so upset! Also, we paid them 110 plus tip, in which case I was not given a receipt for services rendered, which is not professional! Especially when they require cash! The services provided were minimal At best and I was not impressed with the quality of the cleaning whatsoever. Never again!
