I'm glad to come in and help the students practice as I know that why they are all there. The students always are the best experience as they are kind and informative. I've only been a few times throughout a few years apart from each other. I haven't met such a miserable unhappy staff member in quite some time. I'll start when I arrived. I waited in front of the counter for a few minutes waiting for the lady to acknowledge me when a couple went in front of me and grabbed an intake form. Nobody directed me to do so when I came in. After filling out the form I handed it in and paid. The lady at the computer didn't direct me where to go at all so we sat in the lobby until I had to ask her if someone would call us up. She then said we had to go to the back (way to be informative) Anyway, we get to the back and patiently wait for our names to be called. I get called first and I wanted my boyfriends grandma to go before me as she doesn't speak much English and I wanted to explain to the therapist what her concerns were. I asked the lady behind the computer if she could switch us and I can't believe the amount of attitude she gave me for my request and continued to be rude until my name was called. If she's so miserable with herself she should get a few massages herself maybe she can lighten up a bit. I wasn't asking her to flip a house and it wasn't like they were busy at all! UNPROFESSIONAL is all I can say and I hope someone can bring it to her attention! This occurred 10/15/16 around noon. Again, the student therapist was the best and only good thing about my visit.
