  • My daughter saw Candie yesterday for a trim because she had a highlight a little over a week ago and Candy didn't have time to trim her hair even though we scheduled it. So we had to go back a second time and my daughter came home so upset and crying because she said Candie cut her long hair so short and she just asked for a trim. She also told my daughter that her hair looked brassy which is upsetting because if my stylist told me my hair looked brassy after a highlight she would definitely put a toner on it! And honestly, the blonde highlight she asked for isn't even that noticeable. I was charged $105 for my daughters highlight even though I was quoted $70. After the appt Candie told me she had to mix more solution so she charged me more. I didn't complain but I wished she would have told me in the beginning when we were all looking at her hair. She knows my daughter hair, she didn't realize that in the beginning? She also told my daughter that her hair looked uneven yesterday and asked her who cut it last, really??..well we only go to your salon, it must have been you Candie! This is all so upsetting to me so we will definitely not be back!! Tried to call Candie this morning to talk to her but she was very defensive and rude and kept interrupting me, hard to believe because we really liked her in the beginning and she was so kind and sweet I'm really sad about the whole thing! She denied telling my daughter that her hair looks brassy but this was my daughters first highlight and she doesn't even know the term brassy!! Where would she get that from?! My daughter told me this on the way home in the car and I believe her!
