When she tells you that she needs to trim your hair, it's really just a trim. She isn't going to go chop crazy, especially without first consulting you. Communication is absolutely imperative in the beauty industry, when there is disconnect, there is disaster. Nicole facilitates respectful and knowledgeable conversations.
