  • Cartel is in my top 3 third wave coffee shops in the country (I've visited well over 100 in over 25 states). The shop is awesome, decorated very hip, and there's tons of room. They roast their own beans and their roasters know what they're doing. The best part is, I've been here over 10 times and my drinks are perfect each time. I drink their cortado, americano, cold brew and drip. I don't ruin the coffee with cream or sugar, so I expect full, delicious flavors naturally extracted from the beans. Cartel never fails to provide the perfect coffee. Im shocked that they are at 4 stars. This is a 5 star coffee shop through and through.
