  • The facility is pretty good, but seems to be falling apart rapidly in the last month. The one star is for customer service, which is non existent. They had a computer "glitch" and have been charging my card 3x a day for a week, you can't talk to anyone about it on the weekend unless you want to talk with collections, which I really didn't want to do, but only available voice. Funny they don't provide customer service on weekend to paying customers, but they provide it to those that don't pay, SMH! Guess I will begin my search for their replacement. Update - The issue has been resolved, but will say this, the corporate individual I dealt with was what could best be described as condescending, and that is being generous. I sent a private message asking a simple question with regards as to how they would send me the info to pay dues without using their auto-pay system, was it going to be in an email or us mail etc. received phone call stating that SHE had received another complaint from me. It was not a complaint, but rather a question, and then proceeded to be lectured once again. The one bright spot in all of this was the local staff at the eastern and 215 location which were very nice through the entire situation. Would like to give a shout out to Karina Castillo, who provided simply Outstanding Customer Service and always has been very helpful- She gets a 5 star rating from this member, which will be the reason I will continue to utilize this location, as I have always been treated with respect by the staff at the facility. The corporate side not so much. So the one star rating is for the corporate folks, not the facility employees who are great.
