  • This company has horrible customer service! I would never use them again and will request my home warranty not use them as a vendor. They set an appointment for an emergency water heater repair and never told me they would call before hey came. So thy called at the start of my 4 hour window but I didn't hear my phone. when I called back to confirm they said if you dont call back within 5 minutes they cancel your appt. I told her I sill had several hours of my window left and if the technician could come after the next appoints but they refused. I told them I have children and we had no hot water for days but still they didnt bother to come. I expect more from an after hours service company!
