  • Phoenix Tent and Awning went above and beyond to transform the look of my home! From start to completion and even then some, working with their team has been an enjoyable experience. Once I decided on a style and fabric, schedule was flexible to accommodate my ever-changing needs. I was simultaneously working around my painters schedule, my schedule and the awning installers schedule and they were so kind to patiently await until the starts aligned to get the awnings up. We get SO many compliments on our new awnings! Finally, after a few months of having them, I realized that because we do not have gutters, any time it rained, the dirt from my roof was running down the awnings and staining the white trim I chose. While I was able to hand clean it every time, I thought there has to be a better way! I called PT&A and they offered to remove the fabric and swap out the braid to a darker color at no additional cost to me. Now THAT is customer service! I recommend Phoenix Tent and Awning to anyone looking to give their home a face lift, I'm so glad I did!
