  • Do not use these guys!!! My garage door had an issue and I called them for a repair. They promptly told me the whole unit needed to be changed and informed me they could replace it with a genie for 600 all in! Granted I should have checked online at what the cost of the unit was had I bought it myself but I took their word for it. They totally scammed me as the unit only costs 225 at retailers. When I called their service manager to voice my displeasure, he stated he would look into it and call me back. He never did despite my repeated calls into him afterwards. Totally dishonest group. Never use them, ever!!!!!!!
