  • Update! I had an emergency happen when I somehow scratched one of my eye glass lenses 2 days before a 2 week trip to asia. I dropped it off and was told that they would try their best to get it done by the next day. When I called the next day, to my horror and not their fault they said that the work was not done because their courier did not pick up my glasses due to the big snow storm we had the previous day. Clarence the owner assured me that he would drive up to Richmond Hill ( where the lab was) and get it done and drop it off to my house that night. And he did at 10pm, 6 hours before my flight! The fact that he went above and beyond my expectations totally blew me away! I offered to pay extra for his gas etc and he vehemently declined.... This is 5 star service in my books!!
