| - We ordered birthday party package with small customizations.
They prefer to see you on time. As party hosts we arrived 20 min earlier and were literally offered to wait outside. Outside = parking lot behind the entrance glass door. Ops.
The facility inside is clean and spacious. Prices: ok.
We brought our own food and, as per agreement, they charged fee for that. Nevertheless, they were not accommodating enough to put our own birthday cake in the fridge suggesting there is no room as they have their pop in it. Cake is a more delicate substance that requires low temperatures more than loads of pop to preserve good taste and presentable look. No? Did not get much understanding and help there. We ended up consuming melting cake. "Thanks". It was delicious anyway. They offer plastic type cakes with artificial colours and ingredients. We simply do not allow our children eat such.
The staff. It seems they simply are not very bright people. The service is inconsistent. Somebody gets treated ok, somebody does not. The last piece of our delish cake was thrown in the garbage without asking us when they were rushing us out. Ops.
They are mostly efficient when it comes to cleaning up and serving food, etc. There were not effective enough to offer drinks to dehydrated from running in the play area kids. The day was not that warm. Nevertheless ceiling fans in the play area were not sufficient. It is just by looks we identified that little ones are in urgent need of water and marched everyone to the party room to cool down. The staff did not offer it. A bit more on water below...
This business left ambiguous impression. It took me some time to separate birthday party positive emotions from real judgement about the place. And now I can tell that impressions about this business are negative. Yes, the facility is clean. And I would prefer much more understanding and supportive staff. These ladies are like robots: they care about if everyone is wearing socks, if their equipment is ok, if last drop of water is consumed before next bottle is brought from the fridge (why do I have to beg for water if we paid for it? After all we brought our own water - they did not let us use it!) They seem to co-ordinate the event, and you seem to host it, but somehow you do not feel you are wanted there.
Had a few more episodes with them this review is based on. Would I call any of that rude? What better describes it is low class attitude, no-clue-what-proper-customer-service-is-about. Not paying for this again. Not returning customer.
