We booked a pod for my daughter's wedding thru the group sales group. They were hard to work with. They ended up double billing us for the pod. In addition we had requested the option of turning off the videos so we could record the ceremony without the background noise. The request did not get processed and the video remained on.
We requested a reduction in the fee for their mistake. It took 3 weeks for the reduction and we had to file complaint to credit card company to fix the double fee.
To be fair it was a great ride just noisy for a wedding ceremony. It would a great ride either as an individual fee. The group sales folks are the problem.
