  • The husband...the actual jeweler...seems nice. His wife borders on rude. She does not really allow you to have an opinion. The taller younger woman doesn't border on rude...she IS rude. She will talk right over you and acts like she is doing you a favor by assisting you. Their customer service skills are horrid. Their prices are all over the place and they take way too long to complete work.
