  • One of the things I dislike about a lot of airports is the rental car desk is always far away making your walk even farther. I was really happy to see that the rental car pick up counter was right near the baggage claim area. I was able to walk up give them my name and drivers license the lady handed me my keys and I was done. One of the fastest i've ever rented. I wanted to upgrade , no problem. Gave her back the keys she gave me a new set and I was on my way. Lucky me my bag was one of the first off the plane. I picked it up walked over to the spot where my car was and boom there it was. Quick and convenient which is the way I like it. The return was even easier. I drove up he scanned the window and grabbed my bags out of the trunk gave me my receipt and I was on my way. Car drove great and was clean and I able to plug my phone in to the aux to play music. Great job Hertz.
