Please do not waste your time or energy going to this facility. The doctor has been straightforward and amazing. However the staff couldn't be any more inconvenient towards patience and have such horrible bedside manner. My particular situation is I am transgender. I started my transition in 2015. Getting a hold of this doctor's office is like trying to find a needle in a haystack good fucking luck. They never return your phone calls and when they do it's like playing phone tag. I work two jobs I'm a busy father I have a dying mother, and a grandmother that recently fallen into a serious case of dementia. Compassion empathy and integrity is not, and I emphasize on not part of their service. Literally a collection agency for the doctor. When I first started the staff was amazing. The morale has declined over the past 3 years the doctors maintain the same seems to be the only stability they have. I asked to file a complaint to talk with the office manager she is always busy conveniently for her. The gentleman at the front desk and takes your payment on the other hand... let me rewind three months ago from today, I was at my appointment gave my ID and credit card to pay gentleman took it gave it back and I had a seat. I finished up my doctor's appointment with the doctor and I was on my way. Went through the whole thing with the billing department which is separate from the doctor's office and offered my payment again the lady and whom I spoke with was nice enough to take my Aetna insurance and supposedly call me back or send me a letter with the remaining balance. Much to my surprise not really it didn't happen I am still waiting and that was 4 months ago. As I call to make an appointment for that I got my blood done as the doctor ordered me to come in. I will be going over to retrieve my medical records and going to a new endocrinologist in Phoenix period and end of story I am tired of not having any contact with my doctor, and I'm tired of being pushed around like a little kid. This doctor's office needs to be reprimanded for their poor customer service and understanding. I take care of a family a dying mother and a grandma with dementia and I work a full-time job. I'm sure things out there could be possibly worse which I'm thankful to have the life I have given my transgender struggles. But going to see the doctor are retrieving your medical records should not be one of them. Again should not be one of them. Do not recommend Chandler endocrinology! I've wasted so much time so much energy on this place. If you read this and still decide to go you're beyond saving and good luck to you. I hate this place I hate what it's done to my life and I hate the time that in which it's wasted. I wish I could have gotten paid for my time wasted at this poor excuse for patient care. Again I emphasize on the poor excuse for patient care. I only go to see the doctor for endocrinology purposes and it's been so frustrating to have to deal with this facility and every single one of the people that work there besides the doctor. I know she gets paid the big bucks but you have a job to do you signed up for it you're getting paid for it and you get an hour lunch inconveniently in between patients Days 12 and 1. I cannot express to you how I infuriated I am that I've still been patient for 3 years period and consistently have seen the exact same customer service hoping that there might be some change. May I suggest a change in management or leadership or maybe even send them back to customer service guest patient care training apparently they did not receive any that they can maintain in the memory spectrum of their brains. Or could be the simple fact they just hate their job so much but they get paid very well for it and they vent out on the patients but not making way, making happen, making them comfortable, making patients feel like they have nothing to worry about. I can't express to you how much this facility Lacks. I will never ever waste my time again. They said I know called 3 times, and I'm on some kind of black list of there's which to me is bologna because each and every time I called left a voicemail and never to hear from the doctor's office again. Like I said I have a dying mother and she takes priority over endocrinology appointments what you would think would be understanding and I'm sure when dr. Belitsky reads this she will understand that family comes first period when you have a dying mother you don't have a choice you make way and make it happen. Until her dying Last Breath she will be first priority. I am moving to facility in which understands my chaotic life and it will hopefully be a better experience. I will also be reading the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable and unexcusable and needs to be addressed immediately through social media the news these little tiny reviews I will make way and I will make it happen.
