  • I would give zero stars if I could. To start, this company WAS reliable and refreshing when we first started getting our monthly services from them almost two years ago. As time passed, though, that totally changed. We have had to reschedule some monthly appointments in the past two years because life happens. Who else can say that they will be available at the same day and time every single month with 100% certainty? I mean, come on!! Emergencies happen and unexpected, last minute events are planned. They re-scheduled maybe one appointment for us just fine, but anything after that was met with animosity. Our actual pest services also started out fine; however, as time progressed, we found the technician being lazy and not wanting to help with simple requests. We mostly have the outside of our house sprayed, but once in a blue moon we asked for the inside to be sprayed as well. It is so infrequent that we ask maybe once every 6-8 months. The last time we asked for the inside of our home to be sprayed, the technician almost blatantly told us "no" and then seemed to change his mind and spray the inside of our home with the harsh outside chemicals!! I'm not sure why they would ever find this acceptable because we have inside dogs (they know about our animals), and we would never want them exposed to these harsh chemicals. This is all from a company that told us to "call WHENEVER we needed anything". The final straw for us was when we received a nasty email from the owner himself stating that he would not re-schedule any future appointments. No personal regard to any family emergencies or any compassion at all. Seems like to me that this is a family-owned business that is probably very overwhelmed with their workload, but that doesn't make it acceptable to be blatantly rude to your paying customers I was very disappointed in the customer service we received and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Small tip to the owner: Don't lash out on your loyal and paying customers. It wont serve you well. 11/7- Astounded that the response I received from the owner clearly shows that the only concern for this establishment is to argue with their customers instead of addressing the concerns listed in my review.
