  • I called about having a strap swapped out on my IWC, was asked if I purchased the watch here and I told them I had not since I moved from out of state. The staff member I spoke with told me no problem and to come down. Was surprised when I made the trip to be told by the gentleman at the service desk that there was a $20 charge. So I went down the street to ED Marshall where they changed out my strap for free and I bought the GMT that I have had my eye on. It's never a good sign when a jeweler wants to nickel and dime you, and I'd rather give my business to a jeweler with an appreciation for customer service.
