I have been dealing with a billing error sine March of this year. I have spoken with about 23 people from SimonMed and not one has called me back. I spoke with Betty L. from the California call center. She is suppose to be the supervisor there. She left me a message and I called back after and left her 4 messages. She never returned one call. I was lucky enough to reach her again, she said "I didn't know I was supposed to call you back." 4 MESSAGES!!! of course you're suppose to return your voicemail. SimonMed is the absolute worse for customer service!!!
