(Typing fast. Apologies for grammar)
-why is every negative review (143 to be precise) under the "Reviews Not Currently Recommended" section? Are businesses able to pay for this?-
The owners of this place need to provide their contact information (an email, etc.) I just spent 14 minutes in the drive through for a cup of coffee. Clearly, the only thing they care about is profit and not the quality of their service. This is unreal. If I could have, I would have left the drive through but I was stuck in between cars and now, because of your absolutely shite slow service, I am later for work. What exactly do you plan on doing for your EVERY DAY customers for this inconvenience? These delays are not isolations; they are every day issues. Even your employees do not care to apologize because as the gentleman said: "I ask for help every day and they just ignore me. Sometimes I am here by myself. Talk to Rose." Well, ROSE, for the money we throw on the $5 coffees and $9 croissants here, you can afford to hire another person!
WHY are your employees taking Uber orders when the have a drive through full of angry customers already? By the way, if you can't tell, I'm PISSED off and I am especially pissed off that I managed to sleep 2 hours, leave for work 15 min earlier than usual and now be late. I come to Madhouse almost ever my morning and this was my last.
Original Review:
Admittedly, the 1 star is not for the quality but for the service, rather. It is just WAY TOO SLOW. I come here way too often and know it's not just an isolated incident here or there on busy day. It's slow on slow days! There is just no sense of urgency it seems like or perhaps the owner needs to put more people on during rush hours.
Also, the prices are just outrageous. One size latte or cappuccino is $5 and $7 for a breakfast item. Those are Strip prices. Granted, every now and then they send a $5 coupon.
I love the staff and the quality but I just dread waiting at that window and my bill.
