  • Companies like this provide glaring testimony for why monopolies are hell for consumers. I just moved into an apartment with my pregnant wife. I was told to book an appt for next week to set up gas but that if I called over the weekend I should be able to get a tech to my location. Well upon calling back today I was told " we don't send no techs to Las Vegas on Saturday". So it's 55 degrees in my apartment, no hot water, nothing to cook with. Oh and my wife again is pregnant. Absolutely disgusting business. No sympathy for the caller, just attitude and zero speaking skills.
