SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I've had a problem with my brakes squealing since I bought my truck from them. After two months of awful squeaking (only had truck for two and a half months) I decided to take it to the service department to have them check my brakes. My truck was still under warranty. Somehow, it cost me $156 for them to tell me my brake pads were just fine and slightly glazed. What happened to that warranty? Well, the warranty apparently doesn't cover the labor fees. Which wasn't explained to me. So essentially, if you want to be ripped off with expensive service fees, AutoNation GMC Buick is the place for you. The people here are vague and won't explain things to you properly until you're already in and ready to pay. Please keep in mind that for less than the cost of their diagnostic, I could have replaced my brake pads myself.
SALES DEPARTMENT: Buying my truck was relatively painless, though the salesmen were confused on parts of the paperwork and had me fill out things twice because they told me the wrong things the first time. I know I over payed for my truck, but I love it and haven't had any problems except for my bad experience with the service department.
