rev:text	Horrible service the girl at the counter her name is Melanie incredibly rude I found out this is a franchise I bought a refill cup at a different location and they assured me by spending this money for a refill cup you get lifetime $.99 refills BUT here, they charged me $1.61 it's not the money it's the principle Come to find out it's a franchise, the owner wants to charge more at this location - Melanie gave me a really hard time she basically didn't want to serve me coffee when I question the price. I have a feeling with her attitude this will be her life long career. At least other coffee companies are consistent with other franchise you're not if it says it's one price when you buy their refill mug, whether you go to San Diego -Hawaii or Las Vegas it's always going to be that price. This location gives the entire company a very bad name when they do business this way.
