rev:text	Only getting 1 star because there isn't an option for NO STARS! This is the WORST Company EVER!!! I signed up over a month ago- the sales guy came out to UP SELL us, told me if we didn't want the extra's we could be easily refunded...uh still waiting! NOT TO MENTION don't believe the scam about the GIFT CARD- ALL LIES!! Still haven't received that either. I called in and guess what all their "Managers" sound like they need a good course in customer service. NOBODY GAVE A CRAP that I haven't received my refunds, and even had the nerve to raise his voice at me. THIS COMPANY IS TOTAL BS!! If it wasn't for the fact that they said now I have to pay $1,000 FEE for early termination I would be done with them FOREVER!!! I've never been so disgusted in a company and now wish I had checked out YELP before ever signing up with them. Oh and don't let the name "ADT" fool you - they are just "authorized to sell ADT" And I hope ADT pulls their contract with these people...HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!
