On the strength of the one vegan (and incidentally also gluten-free) cookie available, I like what I taste. I wish I could say the same about other baked goods, which looked amazing and like they were made with real care and loving attention. This is probably not a super common request at a traditional-style bakery, but I would have appreciated a vegan cupcake! There is a gluten-free cupcake, but no vegan. Also, there were only two flavours of dairy-free ice cream for cookie sandwiches: chocolate and raspberry. Of all the flavours on earth, why is raspberry there, but not vanilla? Too bad!
