  • This place was such a disappointment and waste of time. Now I'm familiar with ross and that it takes a little more effort to shop at any of there locations but this was ridiculous. I went looking for a swim suit and they actually had a huge selection but of course none of the sizes were in order. I found multiple to try on. The fitting room clerk was right away with a huge attitude. She told me I had over my limit, which was understandable, so I asked if I could leave my additional 3 on the rack and switch them out as soon as I was done. She gave me a "whatever you wanna do" response but when I came right back to get them she said they were already put back. On top of the attitude problems It was practically impossible to try on any two piece because they had both pieces pinned together with the security pins and refused to separate them so you're basically forced to try one side at a time and imagine how they look together. I was ready to shop but unfortunately left there empty handed after not being to tolerate the environment any longer.
