Came here and I wanted to order a brand new white M4 for my wife.
I walked in and was looking at their showroom cars. Waited for about 30 minutes and no one came up and ask me if I needed help. Is it the way how I was dressed? More on that later.
So then I went to the front desk to see if they can get me a sales rep. The lady who was there was ignoring me and she continued to talk on the phone and made me wait until she got off the phone. I don't know who she was talking to but she was giggling so much that it can't be a customer or colleagues. Whatever. Once she got off then she's like what can I do for you? So I ask nicely if one of the sales rep can help me. She says all of the sales rep are busy at the moment and says I should've book an appointment. Wtf?! I walked out.
When I came to this dealership I was dressed in my pyjamas. Is this the reason why they think I can't afford their cars?!
So when I was about to get into my car (991s) the lady at the front desk came out for a smoke and saw my car. She's like that is you car?! She was shocked. A look like how I can afford this car? She says she'll get her manager to talk to me. I ignored her and left the damn place.
I had a bad experience here. When I went to grand touring dealership and got my Lambo there, they didn't treat me like this and I was dressed in pjs. They didn't perceive me like I can't own it.
To conclude got my wifey' car at BMW Maranello.
