  • Horrible customer service. Ordered a flir fx that never came. Customer service asked to file credit dispute from bank or have them"investigate". I requested the latter. Never heard back from them. Called them back asked can't get through. When I finally got someone, they requested to file a dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Scammers!
