  • This is my first time using AirTime, and I couldn't be happier. The first sign of a good company was the courtesy call 20 min. prior to the techs arrival. Having dealt with AC companies & various other contractors before, I was ready for the sales pitch after my AC units were given their annual maintenance. I was wrong! Shawn, the service manager that came out, was very honest with me. He made me aware that one of my units was very old, and didn't want me to "waste my money" on that unit because of its age. He informed me that the unit will need to be replaced soon, and the smart move was to save my money and prepare for a new unit. He didn't try and sell me or scare me into purchasing a new unit on the spot or some nonsense repairs. Shawn told me what was needed and approximately how much longer I had. I requested a quote on a new unit and he gave me a fair price that will be tough to beat. Because of his honesty and professionalism, I will be going to AirTime for all my heating and cooling needs. The gained a customer for life. Not only that, but Shawn was great to my dog :) With all that being said, I highly recommend AirTime for all your heating and cooling needs. They are honest and very fair. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Shawn and AirTime crew. See you guys in the future. Hopefully later than sooner.
