From the moment Jennifer picked up the phone, I was impressed. She asked a series of questions, accurately diagnosed the problem and the made a number of phone calls to find exactly what I was looking for. She called me back within 30 minutes and we scheduled the work to be completed the next day.
I received a phone call and a text message reminding me of our appointment, both with detailed directions, since I wasn't taking advantage of their mobile service.
When I arrived, they were expecting me, welcomed me and Paul began the repair right away. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
I was a little skeptical at first since their price was 1/2 of the dealers, but I will be recommending these folks to anyone I come in contact with in need of window repair.
