  • I had flight delay issues coming and going on this flight to Las Vegas. They are poor communicators and very slow! I got a gate change notice before the pilot announced we were returning To the gate. Then we sat 30 min while we unloaded...I could be home by now..you're solidifying my loyalty to SWA. Slightly more expensive but worth it.
