  • Chase bank is one of those exceptional banking institutions. Now it's true- their customer service reps at the Chase call center are like middle line backers for your account, and getting one question wrong can get you sacked. But your account is the quarterback- that is their job. Inside the branches, the representatives are always nice and super patient; thanks- my brain is like dial-up at times. I also like the new ATM's where you can withdraw cash in different denominations; not everyone is about that 20's lifestyle- I'm not here to make it rain. If that's your style though, the ATM still gives large bills. The drive-up is exceptionally fast and accurate too, I'll admit I'm a bank drive-up customer that's always in a rush, but these folks are fast, friendly and efficient- which is great! Chase, I'll continue to bank with you because you guys are awesome, and I love awesome. Keep up the good work.
