  • Decided to treat myself after a long week of work to a cleaning of my apartment. I moved around my weekend plans, as my booking was confirmed, and they assured me they would come in on the holiday Monday. 15 minutes after my cleaner was supposed to show up, I gave them a call only to have the owner tell me that we never confirmed. I forwarded the email with her confirming my time and address, and she didn't have anything to say. I received an email saying she forgot to put me in the schedule. I will not be calling this company again.
