  • Went into this Ulta location yesterday (one that I have been shopping at for many years) and was not greeted, even though those after me were. I proceeded go over and use the NYX testers to try and find a specific lipstick color. I immediately notice an employee hovering around me and watching me. Never once did she ask to help me-only stared. Then she calls over another employee and they engage in the lamest pretend converation ever, whilst fiddling with makeup next to me and and continuing to stare. At this point it was clear to me that they thought I was either stealing or attempting to steal. This was totally uncalled for and really offensive. I am in this store all the time and even recieved really good customer service about a week ago when I was looking for a foundation brush. Now I will shop at the Tempe Marketplace location. Really disgusted with this store.
